What information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and any message or files you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

When you subscribe to receive our starter exclusion list, we collect your email address to deliver the file and, with your consent, send occasional product updates.

We use PostHog to collect anonymized analytics data — which pages you visit and which calls-to-action you click. This data is used to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected via PostHog unless you have explicitly identified yourself through a form submission.

How we use your information

• To respond to contact form submissions and service inquiries
• To deliver requested materials (starter exclusion list, etc.)
• To send product updates if you have opted in
• To improve the website and its content

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 13)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interest — session analytics (PostHog in cookieless mode) to understand how visitors use the site and improve our content. No personal data is stored; data is discarded when you close the tab.
• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps — processing your contact form submission to respond to a service inquiry or provide a quote.
• Consent — sending the starter exclusion list and optional product updates to your email address, where you have explicitly requested this by submitting your email.
• Legitimate interest — retaining contact form submissions for up to 24 months to support ongoing business communications and service delivery.

Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are stored in a secure database (Supabase) and transmitted via Resend. Email communications use TLS encryption in transit.

We retain contact form data for up to 24 months unless you request deletion.

Third-party services

We use the following services, each of which maintains its own privacy policy:

• PostHog — product analytics
• Resend — email delivery
• Supabase — data storage
• Vercel — website hosting

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our analytics tool (PostHog) runs in cookieless mode — no tracking cookies or persistent identifiers are written to your browser. Session analytics data is held in memory only and discarded when you close the tab.

No consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
